When we went back to Elliot Street beach with two Stooges, the Squad and two Rascals the waves were crashing hard and fast.
The kids were thrilled. They love it when it is rough like this. They grabbed the boogie boards and ran in. Some were better at catching the waves than others.
They were all having a blast. It is amazing to me how every day at the beach can be full of surprises and is rarely the same as the day before.
We decided after pulling a few of the smaller kids out from under the crashing waves that it was time to get them out of the water altogether.
I don't take too many chances when dealing with the ocean. They all had had their fun and I was exhausted from watching them. What will our last day on the beach bring?
