Colin's baseball season is quickly coming to a close. Tonight's game was particularly exciting. He has been working on his batting the last two days and it paid off in the first inning when he hit a rocket to deep center field and got a t RBI double!
We didn't add on to that score until the fifth inning but in the meantime Colin played some great defensive ball. He played short stop and then first base and was right on every time the ball came to him.
Unfortunately they lost the game by one point and the team meeting went a little long.
The good new is, however, that Colin got the game ball for the aggressive defensive play today and the All Star Players were announced and Colin is one of them.
The game ended as all the other games end with a snack
and the players signing Colin's game ball.
