Annual Pig Roast

Today was the annual pig roast and it did not disappoint. The weather wasn't the best, but it didn't really ruin any of the festivities. Of course, the pig was a big hit with the young boys when it was being carved....oh and it was delicious too!!

The kids also enjoyed some water 'sports'. There was a slight problem with the canoe though.

We did get a group picture of all the people who attended this year (attendance was low compared to previous years) but it had to be taken quickly because the second of two storms was starting to roll in. Someone started yelling "Twister!" which wasn't very funny, but maybe it got Mike moving a litter faster on the camera. He took the last picture just in time, because we all ran for cover right afterwards. Chaulk it up to a success!!
