Colin was upset today because none of his friends were available to play. He looked at me and said "I like to eat when I am upset." I was bit surprised by this declaration from my 'baby'. It took me years (and I mean years) to figure out and come to terms with the fact that I do the same thing. How wise he is.
Dan had a similar experience with young Colin when asking him what we should be doing in this time of recession/depression. "Fight for freedom!" is what Colin said in all seriousness. He is a special kid and we love him dearly.
